Are we ready for IOT?

My answer is NO. Today, there are a number of separate apps and appliances available, but no easy solution. Yes you can link your Amazon Echo to your Nest thermostat. Or connect your google home to your spotify account with Nest speakers. But the idea of a totally connected home is still a ways off.
